The Storyteller

Ashe Aldwyn

A writer who lets the work speak.

If I've done this right, you'll know me from the stories I tell.

Ashe Aldwyn has been writing for more than twenty years, mostly in private and just for themself. Ashe finally wants to start sharing these stories, but isn't quite ready to share more than a name. Hopefully the stories are enough to know the author by.

The books move through a lot of genres, usually with some fantasy running underneath: urban fantasy, steampunk, horror, western, science fiction, the supernatural, and sometimes even a little plain magic. They lean on their characters to carry the story, letting each one find a natural place in whatever world they land in. They don't dodge the real stuff either: faith and doubt, grief, death, and the hard stretches inside your own head.

Ashe has a couple of finished novels and several more at various stages of progress, most of them written with YA and New Adult readers in mind.
